Hi. I'm a student (just gotten Singapore citizenship) and would like to purchase a resale flat together with my father ( S Pass holder). Can I or my father apply for any housing loan? As I'm studying full time now, I do not have any income. Does that mean only my father can apply housing loans from bank only?

Hi, yes only your dad can only apply housing loan from the bank and his option wil only be private property.

Hi,

Your dad has to be the main applicant in order to get any loan from bank. Also, you can only look at private residential.
