Afternoon Ms. CT,

Yes, being your first property as matrimonial home, with SC co-owner, you will not be required to pay ABSD for the particular property.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.

I own a condo now and planning to sell it 1st before purchasing a bigger unit. Will the new unit be considered as 1st property?
Dear Ms CT,

You are right that the ABSD of 5% should not apply if this is your first property as matrimonial home. Have you shortlisted any projects for considerations?
