hi im a single age 40 planning to buy a resale 2-3 rooms hdb on my own. with a cpf of 38kplus and little savings at the moment, will it be possible? and how much cash will there be involved in the transactions? Any good advise please? thank you.

Hi,

If you are a citizen and 35 years and above, you can purchase resale HDB on a single basis. If its your 1st HDB you can also get a 1st timer grant of 15K.

If your HDB loan can cover 90% of purchase price, it is possible to purchase a hdb 2 or 3-room unit. May I know what kind of income figures are we looking at?
