Hi, I'm a Singaporean & have been living overseas for the past 15years. As I will be relocating back to Singapore some time this year, I'm looking at several options of buying a property (private condo, re-sale EC, re-sale HDB). My family consist of my wife & 2 kids (all Foreign nationality). I'm looking for an Agent who can assist me. Afternoon, Being living overseas for many years, you might be looking into bigger sized accomodation. With this in mind, you will need to work on your affordability and how your family will react to the change in environment.
