hi, I'm a singaporean and my wife is a PR. We currently jointly owned a pte condo. If we buy a landed ppty with both our names, will my wife, being a PR has to pay stamp duty since this will be her 2nd ppty. If stamp duty payable, how much must she pay?

Under ABSD ruling for mixed residency marriage, you can request for remission, if both of you co-own the unit as matrimonal property.
