Hi, I'm a Singaporean and a joined owner with my Dad with our current HDB flat. My husband is a Singapore PR. My hubby and I were thinking if we're able to purchase a flat for our own. Without having my name taken out from the current CPF contributing HDB flat, are we able to purchase a flat for ourselves? Pls advise. Thank you.

Afternoon,

Every HDB buyer can only have one HDB under their name. Since your name have being utilized on the joint unit with your father, you are not eligible to purchase another unit with your spouse. Therefore you would have to choose either one.
