Hi,
I'm a Singapore PR and just recently approved my citizenship. I own a hdb flat from resale market. Am I eligible to buy EC direct from HDB? Can I keep my hdb or need to sell it after the purchase of EC?

Hi,

firstly, congratulation on your approved citizenship.

Secondly, yes you can buy a direct ec from hdb. you need to sell it after the purchase but you can sell it latest when you receive the EC keys +6months.
