Hi I'm a PR for 5 years, recently got married and my spouse just obtained her PR status under my sponsor. Does this mean we still have to wait for another 3 years before we become eligible to buy resale HDB flats? thanks

Hi, it is regulated by HDB that both parties have to attained PR status of 3 years before you are eligible to own a HDB unit. Depending on your finances, would you like to consider a pte property?
