Hi, I'm a PR and my wife is a Singaporean. We intend to buy our first property. Will we be subjected to the new ABSD of 5%? Thanks.

Evening Michael,

Under the new ruling, SC and PR couple who are buying their first property in holding, in joint names can request for remission on ABSD. However, standard stamp duty applies.
