Hi, I'm a PR and currently own a private property with my husband. I want to buy a second private property at Telok Kurau, how many total stamp duty i need to pay (with additional 7%)? I want know if any ways can reduce the additional stamp duty. Can I transfer my ownership of my 1st property to my non-Singaporean mother, and then buy another property in my name? Any suggestion?
