Hi, I'm a new SC and my wife (PR) would like to look for a 4 room hdb in Sengkang/Punggol area, price around 430k. First time buyer, with CPF 60k and cash on hand 30k. Any agent willing to assist?

Dear buyer, I am quite sure most of us will be more than willing to assist. Firstly, before anything commences, can I check how did you derive the $430k price range? Was it based on recent transactions or the figures you have gotten from HLE or IPA from bank? $430k sounds pretty decent sum to work on unless you have very niche requirements.     Hi Geryl, thanks for the reply. For your info, I have not obtained HLE/IPA from any bank yet, the figure was estimated through helps from some websites:- i.e. MoneySmart. I need an agent for in depth discussion on financial planning and purchase procedures. I would be happy to meet up so I could get a better layout from you. Thanks
