Hi, i'm a mom w a 9yr old kid, sold matrimonial flat(took family grant & purchase via bank loan) last 7yrs. Managed to rent 1rm flat frm HDB for 3yrs nw. Re-married last Dec, now expecting. Hubby 1st timer. I am aware tt he will b considered as 2nd. How does the new HDB revise rules benefits us(if any)? N wat r our best options w no cash in hand? furthermore my contract just ended& i worry being pregnant might minimise my chances of getting a job. My CPF is of 26k, hubby at 38k. M-i-l will be staying with us. Is 3rm flat our only option? How do we go about it without the levy being imposed? Is it true that my hubby may rcv half of e 1st time grant? I can't recall what e hdb officer mentioned. Do PROVIDE SOME ADVICE plz.. :S
