Foreigners are not eligible to purchase landed in mainland Singapore other than Sentosa Cove. If you wish to purchase any in mainland Singapore, we need to seek approval from Singapore Land Authority's Land Dealings Unit.

Hi,

1) Foreigners are not eligible to purchase any landed properties in mainland Singapore regardless of the type of tenure.
2) You are only eligible to purchase landed properties in Sentosa. They are all 99 leaseholds.

3) You may try to apply to buy landed properties after you received an SPR status subject to LDAU.

4) There are some successful cases after these foreigners obtained their SPR status.
