Hi Clara,

We have several new projects that will be ready by 2014 in CB Richard Ellis. For new condos, payment can be made via progressive payments till TOP/CSC 2014/2015.

We currently have a very affordable condominium launch at Upper Changi Road this weekend. Very affordable pricing, superb facilities with 3 main swimming pool, marina pool & beach pool, basketball & tennis courts, putting green & even a mini treasure island with flying fox! Prices start from $466,000 onwards for a one bedroom to slightly over a million for a 4bedroom. Don't miss this opportunity!

Feel free to call me at 9851-2860  to register for the VVIP preview launch.

Regards,
Louise Lau
