Hi, i'm a foreigner looking for a condo under 600k. Any recommendations? how much down payment should i prepare?

Hi Mrs Kim, yes it is possible to buy a 1 bedroom under 600k. You may wish to consider Santorini as well as Treasures @ G6. Pls feel free to let me know if you wish to visit the showflat or any other assistance.

Hi Mrs Ng, cost to be included are 20% down payment, 18% stamp duty + additional stamp duty and legal fee. This is assuming you get 80% bank loan. Hence before you proceed, you should get your IPA from bank and get to understand the cash flow of the fund. Please drop me an email for me to share the cost break down and estimated bank loan.
