Hi. I'm a 32yr old single, earning more than 6K monthly, with about 180K CPF & cash. Was wondering what my options would be in terms of buying a home. Would there be any way to buy a HDB flat on my own? If not, for condo units, are there any new properties, at least 2 bdrm units that are available in the market that would fit my budget?

Good evening, As you are below 35, you are not eligible to purchase a HDB under Single Singaporean scheme. Hi, As you are below 35 years old, you wont be eligible to purchase HDB flat. Given that you have about $180K in CPF and Cash, and assuming you are able to get a 80% loan, you should be able to look at 2 bedrm unit that is no more than $800K. You are still available to find ppty that is selling at ard $800K. Do you have any particular area, unit size, resale or brand new that you are looking at. Kindly contact me for a discussion.     Hi Kelvin. I'm more inclined to the East side, maybe even Central or North-east areas. For unit size, perhaps around 700sqft or so. Would prefer brand new, maybe TOP this year or so, but would be open to resale if relatively new property.
