Hi,

1) There are multiple ways to achieve this, dependent on your long-term plan.
2) You are able to receive a loan of around $1.9M, loan tenure of 16 yrs according to your salary and age according to TDSR. The final figure will have to check with the banker to confirm.
3) You may buy a family condo now, pay ABSD, and apply to remit upon selling off the current flat.
4) Upon selling, use either your name or your spouse's name to buy another smaller unit for investment.
5) Sell off the current unit, buy 2 at one shot. No worries about ABSD stuck in IRAS.
6) Which method or combination of methods suit you will need to have more details to see which can achieve the highest yield and feels comfortable throughout the whole process.
