Hi i'm 38 years old Singaporean married wif 3 kids & now renting a place in JB for 1 1/2 years. Used to own a 4rm HDB flat but sold it off, as in need of cash to settle my debt. Now am thinking of buying another HDB flat but my problem is I dont have any hard cash in hand. Can anyone advice me on which suitable HDB flat i can buy based on my $2.5k a mth income & i have abt $120k combine CPF wif my wife & me. Pls advice..
