Hi i'm 28yrs old married with 4 kids.Currently staying with my family but recently my dad changed the house ownership to my elder sis and now she is planning to sell the house and wanted to buy a smaller flat...so it mean that i got to move out and find a place on my own and not ended up in the street.If i wanna bought it from hdb it would take a long time but the problem if i wanna bought from agent sellers usually would request for cash and that the things that i don't have.My hubby ordinary acc rite now only $8730.69 and mine is only $1760.36..Only my hubby working rite now with a salary of $1500 and every mth a sum of $325 was put to the cpf.1st time buying a house.Looking for area in Tampines,Woodlands,Teck Whye..Can someone pls help me..so confuse rite now?????

Hi,

Please find a day to go to HDB HUB to apply for a HLE Letter.

At the same time, please try to approach HDB for a rental flat.
