Hi, Im 25yrs old intending to buy a 4 or 5 room flat in cck (if possible) with a very low COV ($5K or less). First timer with little knowledge of the whole process. Currently engaged and planning to get married as soon as we're able to get a house. Combined cpf $60k plus with a combine income of $4k. Is it possible to get a house with very low COV? I will be bringing both parents and siblings to stay with me as well.
