Yes you are correct. However, the following will still be payable in cash:

1. HDB Admin Fees - $80
2. Valuation Report - $200
3. Cash on top of Valuation (COV) if any
4. Agent Commission - 1% of purchase price + GST

Should you have enough CPF funds, you do not need to utilize any mortgage facility. However, miscellanous payments like HDB admin fee, valuation report, legal and stamp fee, tax refund and agent commission are still payable.

Hi,

There are still some cash conponents required such as COV, agent commission, hdb admin fees and option deposit. Other than that you can use full cpf to fund the purchase price.

However, should you be taking a 2nd hdb loan, 50% of your previous hdb sales proceeds will need to be used to fund the property purchase.
