Hi If there are 4 joint owners, A,B,C and D to a current HDB flat, can 2 of the joint owners A and B transfer the share of HDB ownership to the other 2 owners C and D by way of gift , thereafter A and B proceed to buy a condo, therefore both A and B purchase will consider as owning 1st property?
