Hi, if I own a HDB and want to buy a new condo, do I need to sell HDB within 6 months of buying condo or can I sell it after the condo unit has been handed over to me 3 years from now?

Morning SK,

You are only allowed to purchase your second property after fulfilling the MOP of your HDB unit. Once this hurdle is cleared, you can do so without having to sell your HDB unit.
