Hi If I intend to sell my house, all paper work done and while waiting for buyer, I find a house that I like before I sell my house. What should I do? Is there a way to "chope" the house? Thanks in advance

Afternoon, In the eye of law, without any legal paper proceeding being done means that it's open to other buyers as well. If you are really keen on the unit, you can discuss the details with your agent and work it work on your financial standing before deciding on the next move. Hi, if yours is a HDB, you can do as "contra". If it is private, there is also a way out. You will need to have proper time management so you need not shift house twice in this case.
