If I found a property on my own without a help from housing agent ( contacted lots of housing agents but none showing me good unit)
What is the process of buying a private property directly from the agent who advertise for his own property? what do I need to do and verify before placing 1% ? do I need to get someone as witness upon signing of OTP? taking into consideration that the 1% is placed before lawyer's checking.
