Hi, if I buy a EC from open market, can I still keep my HDB?

Hi Andrew,
I have sold many open market EC to buyers who own HDB flats concurrently. In fact, some of them even approached me to rent out their HDB flats after they move in to the EC. This is allowed by the authority.
However, there do have some factors need to look into it. Such as-
1)"minimum occupation period of your HDB flat",
2)"minimum sum" in CPF account to be set aside for 2nd property, etc.
