Hi if for investment which condo will be more worth? Alps residences or Poiz residences? My budget only allow me to buy the low floor unit will it still be ok? Will a 1+1BR or a 2BR be a better choice if its for rental?

It is not an apple to apple comparison therefore we are unable to pinpoint which is a better choice.

If all others in terms of price and size is similar for both projects, I will definitely go for Poiz simply because it is nearer to town.

2 bedrooms will be generally a safer option as purchasers or tenants pool is higher.

If you're looking for an investment property for rental purposes between the above 2 developments, I would suggest you choose Poiz.

Reasons being, it's near to MRT and amenities, and is very much close to town. You should be able to get tenants in much easier than Alps.

However, I would like to ask if you have visited many showflats and ended up shortlisted this 2 developments for consideration?

With the budget of a 2BR in Poiz, what if I can get you a 3BR in a location where there is going to be massive transformation which will result in good potential upside in the years to come, will you be keen to explore?

I will take up Poiz if I am investor myself.

1) It's just beside MRT.
2) It's centrally located.
3) It's mixed development.

2 beds will be more ideal in Poiz because 1+study seems more like 1 bed. Will you be able to stretch?

We only left with 2 x 2 beds at Poiz.
