Hi, i'd made a resale application as a buyer together with my mum as co-owner. Resale completion will be in 1 wk time but suddenly hdb called my agent saying i need to pay $37k due to my mum resale levy. We were not informed during the resale application by my agent nor hdb that my mum need to pay resale levy. Can i withdraw my mother name as co-owner or do i need to make a new application? What are the consequences i have to face (fine from hdb) if i make withdraw and make a new resale application by using mw own name only? Am at a loss now. Hope u can help me on this issue.
