    Hi thanks for the prompt reply! I am looking for the type of hdb flat like blk 137 in bishan. The areas I am looking for will be bishan and any mo kio. The multi generational flat is a 5 room flat with a attached studio. Has 2 exits and so I am thinking of buying such a unit and rent out the studio. My other options will be executive apartments in the same area, with at lease 4 bedrooms and more than 140 Sq metres. Wonder if there is anyway of having an agent helping me keep a look out? ?
