Good morning Sir/ Mdm,

These terms Bungalow and Detached are being used interchangeably

URA website link:

There is a difference between GCB and Bungalow/ Detached tho.

These terms Bungalow and Detached are used interchangeably, and refer to the same type of housing category. Good Class Bungalows, though, is a special category and different from the above.

You are right, they are essentially the same, therefore I am also unsure why does PropertyGuru have 2 different filters for this.
