Good morning Siti, You are eligible as a SC to purchase a private property and hold on to both properties if you have fulfilled the MOP for your flat. Hi Ms. Siti, if you are a local citizen and has completed your MOP, you can buy a private condo to stay, and still keep your HDB and rent out your whole HDB.
