Hi, I would like to find out detailed rules behind buying a first property (HDB resale or condo) as well as the various costs involved. Am willing to pay a small hourly consultation fee for a face-to-face discussion and possibly engaging your services for the eventual purchase.

Hi,

Will be glad to meet up with you to share more on the transaction process. The consultation fee is not important, we can just chat over coffee, as I am used to doing that with my friends. In the process, sometimes I learn a few things as well. If you need more details, please let me know I will be glad to meet you at a convenient time. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon!

Warm regards,

Morning,

There are different requirements and conditions to fulfill when you intend to buy either HDB or private property. Age and marital status is one of it. Other issues like TDSR, MSR and CPF utilization will be your concern for financial aspect. Holding period to avoid SSD or to fulfill MOP requirement might be something which you will also want to look into.

Do feel free to contact me if you require further assistance.

Regards
