HI, I would like to engage an house agent but i dont have cash to pay them for their commission. Can i reduce their commission and negotiate to much lower percentage? Can i also pay their commission by using my CPF? to be honest, i dont have any cash.

Hi, in this case, you may try to DIY and by marketing your unit via free website like the Gumtree or Facebook.
