Hi, i would like to check that i have bought a 5 rm flat in Yishun and my bf had also bought a 3 room flat and now we intend to tie a knot, what can we do... currently his mum is staying with him, can the mum take over the 3 room flat...??

If both of you get married, you can only keep one hdb flat.
