Hi, I would like to buy a resale HDB house under single Spore citizen scheme. I will reach 35yrs old in Sep13. I would like to know whether I can apply HLE letter online 3 days before my 35yrs old birthday? Plan to submit the application form and supporting doc. later (within 7days)? Thanks
