Hi, i would like to apply for a 3rm hdb flat under joint single scheme. My age is 37 and my partner age is 46. We had a combined Cpf of 180K and only 10k of cash. We are unable to take up the HDB as we need to pay a sum of levy each. Kindly please advise which area is the best for both of us. Thank You
