Hi , I will like to enquire.. currently my parents is staying in bt batok 4 room flat.My elder sister is the 3rd owner. I am the 4th owner. I had purchased a BTO flat. We had to disposed this flat as my sis and I wanted to remove our ownership name. My mum wanted her own flat after this disposal. Both of them do not have any CPF savings and currently using my sis and my cpf for the mthly payment. The amount left to pay for the house is around $110k. Both age are above 55 years old. Can they downgrade to 3 room resale flat without me and my sis as the owner? This 4 Rm flat is their 2nd ownership. Thank u for ur assistance.
