With this purchase, be it HDB or condo, do you have any intention to purchase second or third property in the future?
What is your current credit and income status like?
Would you be looking for BTO or HDB resale, if you were to be married in the future?

These are simply few of the concerns that you need to work on. Assuming that you do not have any concerns, I would recommend purchase of HDB first, to make full use of your entitlement.
