There are different types of landed homes available in Singapore and near Tao Nan which is where I am active in.
Are you looking at an Intermediate Terrace, Corner Terrace, Semi Detached, Detached, Cluster House or Townhouse?
In general, a live-able unit (very subjective to different individuals but I try my best to quote) is not far away from $1300-$1500psf. As price comparison for landed homes is not as straightforward as condo and apartments, it is advisable to visit these units which has been recently transacted to have a good feel of pricing. I have a list of recently transacted units and can try matching to your requirements as far as possible.
