Good afternoon buyer,

In fact there are plenty of balance large units in the market.

But in order for me to shortlist EC projects that are ideal to you, can you share more of your requirements?

1) when do you wish to move in by?
2) preferred location (north, east or west?)
3) minimum number of bedrooms?
4) minimum size you are looking at?
5) others etc

1) Which locations are you considering? (Current EC projects are mainly in the outskirt areas, namely North, North-East, West, East)
2) By when do you need the place? (As the projects TOP are of different dates)
3) What kind of size/no. of rooms will be sufficient for your family?
