Hi,

I want to buy a resale condo for investment(to rent out) and intend to sell it away if profit hit my expectation.
Is there a MOP requirement before sell it? or a stamp duty fee incur when I sell it away after 1~2 years time?

No MOP, but SSD applies as mentioned. If you do not have to deal with hassle of dealing with tenants, then best to go for new projects, buy at launch, and sell it after it appreciates upon TOP / securing a good yield with the first tenant.
