Hi, I understand that if you purchase a penthouse, the psf is lower than if you were to buy a regular unit in the same development. How much lower in % on average? And how is the area of the penthouse measured. There seems to be many grey areas in this aspect - void space, patio area - are these included as useable space? Thanks!
