I understand that apart from the cost of the HDB resale flat, there are many costs involved such as agent's commission, legal fees, stamp duty etc. There are also many other miscellaneous cost involved. Does anyone have a complete list of all the costs that a buyer has to pay when buying a HDB resale flat ? Thank you.
