Hi,

I understand from Agent that I need to pay a 1% commission for buying a HDB resale but what about private residential unit. Do I need to pay too. I have received different vision from Agent. I have a light industry B1 unit for rent, an agent who brought a Tenant want 2 mths commission for a 4 years lease, is this norm in the market? Is the commission negotiable. Thanks for your time.

Hi Irene, for buying pte properties, usually buyer agent will cobroke with seller agent.
However all commission is negotiable.
