Hi, I saw a unit in property guru and contacted the agent who advertised it. When I reach the unit, found that there are another agent represent the seller and the agent who advertise has become my agent!!?? May I know is this a normal practice? Do I need to pay 1% commission since I source the unit myself?
Thanks

Dear Ms Ma,

Make it clear to the salesperson you have contacted and about your concerns. I am unsure if this is a common practise as my team does not practise in such a way.

Hi Ms Ma

I believe you are referring to HDB cases. You need not pay any commission as the effort goes to you alone. You may wish to seek help from the seller agent and I am sure he or she is more than willing to assist you.

Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Regards
Aaron
