Hi,
I’ve been exploring this condo and other condos around the neighbourhood (Flora Drive). Many of the developments are attractive in terms of price and space. My question is what are the potential for appreciation as it is not very close to the Loyang/Aviation MRT which will be part of the 2030 URA masterplan. I’m looking to buy for own stay. Also with the Changi prison nearby does that impact the returns / interests?
