Hi, I’m considering Micasa, Rainforest and Wandervale. Went to view Wandervale, not spacious and overall project a little dark/dull especially yard area so opening up for Rainforest and Micasa.

Which project is better?

Actually, for resale units, it is difficult to really judge which is better as the units available for sale will have different conditions in terms of their renovations, the facing and levels they have will likely affect how you view the property physically too, so unless they are exactly the same size, same age and have the same asking price, then we are able to draw down the comparisons to work out which is a better unit, to you,

Hi Fion,

May be a lot of subjective factors at play since you are most likely getting for own stay, so better is the one that suits your the best in terms of floor plan, overall vibes when visiting, and the available units you chance upon to view for sale. In terms of resale value, both mi casa and rainforest have their strong points since I think both projects their entry prices around 1200 - 1300 psf is considered reasonable and has room to grow further, being near MRT interchange, mall, good primary school and expressway. Choa chu kang has its share of hdb upgraders which will help to maintain the prices here.
