Hi, I own a private condo under my own name and my boyfriend has recently bought his hdb under single scheme. Will I be able to keep my condo if we were to ROM this year? Can I stay in his hdb if i am not listed as occupier? We are both citizen.

Hi, There have been cases where both parties manages to keep both of their properties when they get married. You can of course write in to HDB to clarify this and make sure it is possible, of course you can stay in his HDB, just remember to update your residential address with ICA.
