Hi, I own a 4 room HDB apartment for the past 10 years, my loan has been fully paid. Can I still invest on a private condo or a landed property ?

Dear Mr Rizal,

With your HDB fully paid up and minimum occupation period fulfilled, you are able to invest in a private property with a loan to value of 80%.
