Hi,

I own a 1991 sq ft penthouse apartment in the atrium residences, in geylang.

My wife and I are interested in buying a cluster home ( surin villas in particular). In order to do this we would need to use the proceeds of the sale of our apartment in geylang to fund the deposit for the cluster home.

We are both working professionals and would like an agent to handle the entire process for us -I.e the selling of our existing unit, and purchase of new cluster home.

We are a little uncertain of the process as for this to work, we would need to make a concrete offer for the new unit, and be confident in selling the existing unit. If we are unable to sell for the price we want, we could be left in a very awkward position.

Could anybody help us with this???
